Delete Your BlvckMeta Account

You can delete your BlvckMeta account yourself, in the iOS app, on the web, or by email. Deletion is scheduled: your account is permanently deleted 21 days after you ask, and you can cancel any time before then.

Delete in the iOS app

• Open Edit Profile and scroll to the Danger Zone, then tap Delete Account and confirm with Start Deletion Timer.
• Or go to Pulse → Privacy & Settings → Account Management → Delete Account.

Delete on the web

• Use the form at the bottom of this page: sign in with your email and password, then schedule deletion.
• Or sign in to the web app and open PULSE → Danger Zone.

Delete by email

Email support@blvckmeta.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. We use that address to confirm the request is yours.

The 21-day window

When you schedule deletion, your account is marked for deletion with a date 21 days away. During that time you can sign in and cancel (in the app, on the web, or with the form below) and the account is restored. If you do nothing, a daily process permanently deletes the account after that date. After that it cannot be restored.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email and password).
• Your profile and everything stored under it, such as neighbors, relationships, alerts, albums, and credit and score history.
• The posts (Vibes) you authored, including their comments and reactions.
• The media you uploaded (profile and post photos and videos, stories).

What is kept

• Direct-message conversations are shared with the other people in them. They are not deleted and remain for the other participants.
• Hallway/room messages you posted and comments you left on other people's posts are not removed by account deletion and may remain.
• Records we must keep for legal or payment purposes may be kept.
• Copies other people made (for example screenshots) are outside our control. Backups and logs kept by our infrastructure providers follow their own schedules.
