Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Standards
Last updated: October 23, 2026
1. Our Commitment
BlvckMeta is committed to protecting children from all forms of sexual abuse and exploitation on our platform. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation of minors, sextortion, or any content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children.
These standards apply to all users, all content, and all features of BlvckMeta — including profiles, galleries, direct messages (Mail), guestbook entries, vibes, and any other user-generated content or communication surface on the platform.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on BlvckMeta and may result in account suspension or a permanent ban and, where required by law, reporting to authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — real, animated, AI-generated, or otherwise
- Sexualized content depicting or appearing to depict minors
- Grooming behavior — building relationships with minors to facilitate sexual abuse or exploitation
- Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes, including requests for sexual images or in-person meetings
- Sextortion — coercing, threatening, or blackmailing minors using sexual content
- Trafficking, sale, or advertisement of minors for sexual purposes
- Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAM hosted on or off platform
- Any content that normalizes, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
3. Age Requirements
BlvckMeta is an 18+ platform: all users must be at least 18 years of age. We collect a date of birth at signup and do not allow anyone under 18 to create an account. Accounts identified as belonging to someone under 18 are suspended. If an account was suspended or an age was recorded incorrectly, contact support@blvckmeta.com and we will correct the mistake.
4. What We Do
These are the safeguards BlvckMeta has in place today:
- An 18+ requirement: we collect a date of birth at signup and do not allow accounts for anyone under 18.
- An account identified as belonging to someone under 18 is suspended and hidden from discovery, and cannot post or send messages. Direct messages to or from an account flagged as under 18 are not allowed.
- In-app reporting, including a child-safety (CSAE) category, and blocking of any user.
- When a report in the child-safety category is filed, the reported content is automatically hidden (not deleted, so it is preserved as evidence) and an alert is sent to our safety inbox for staff review.
- BlvckMeta staff can suspend or ban accounts.
We do not currently run automated image or video scanning, and we do not perform identity or age verification beyond the date of birth and 18+ declaration made at signup. Moderation depends on user reports and staff review.
5. Reporting CSAE
If you encounter content or behavior on BlvckMeta that you believe violates these standards, please report it immediately using one or more of the following channels:
In-App Reporting
Use the Report option in the app on profiles, posts, and Vibes, and choose the child-safety category for anything involving minors. Reports in that category hide the reported content right away and alert our safety inbox.
Send reports to safety@blvckmeta.com. Include as much detail as possible: usernames, URLs, screenshots, and a description of the violation. Do not include or forward any CSAM in your report.
National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
In the United States, CSAM and related crimes can be reported directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678.
Law Enforcement
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services (911 in the United States). Suspected international exploitation can be reported to INTERPOL through your local authorities.
6. Enforcement and Response
When BlvckMeta receives a report of a CSAE violation, we may take the following actions:
- Hide the reported content. Reported child-safety content is hidden rather than deleted, so that it is preserved as evidence.
- Suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved.
- Report apparent CSAM to NCMEC's CyberTipline and cooperate with law enforcement, as required by law, including providing user records under valid legal process.
7. Legal Obligations
BlvckMeta will meet its legal obligations regarding apparent child sexual abuse material, including reporting to NCMEC under U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and preserving required records.
8. Resources for Users
